BBF’s L.E.A.D. Mentoring Program matches youth (ages thirteen to twenty-four years of age) in at-risk or acutely high-risk situations with thoughtful and accomplished mentors who provide:

• Individual guidance. 
• Social-Emotional support. 
• Academic assistance .
• Violence prevention initiatives. 
• One-on-one and group sessions. 
• Health initiatives. 
• Filed trips throughout the greater Chicago area.
